1. Our 30 Day Return Window
How Long You Have
We offer a generous 30 day return window on all ComfyMom pregnancy pillows. This means you have 30 full days from the date of delivery to decide whether the product is right for you. If it is not, simply reach out to our team and we will guide you through the return process step by step.
What Qualifies for a Return
To qualify for a return, your pregnancy pillow must be in its original condition. Specifically, the removable cover must be intact, the pillow insert must be undamaged and the original packaging must be available. Additionally, the product must not show signs of heavy use, staining or damage caused by the customer. If all these conditions are met, we process your return without any questions or hassle.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple and straightforward. First, email us at contact@comfymompillows.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Next, include your order number and a brief reason for your return in the message. After that, our support team responds within 2 to 4 business hours with clear instructions on how to send the product back to us. We make the process as smooth and stress free as possible because we know you have enough on your plate during pregnancy.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
What to Do If Your Pillow Arrives Damaged
Despite our careful packaging, occasionally a product may arrive damaged during transit. If this happens, please do not panic. Instead, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@comfymompillows.com. Include your order number and attach clear photographs showing the damage to the product and its packaging. As a result, we can raise an investigation with our courier partner and arrange a solution for you quickly.
What We Offer for Damaged Products
For damaged or defective products, we offer two options. First, we can send you a free replacement at no additional cost. Alternatively, we can process a full refund to your original payment method. The choice is entirely yours. Furthermore, in cases of damage caused during transit, you do not need to return the damaged product to us. We resolve it based on the photographs you provide.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number and a photograph of the product you received. We will then arrange to collect the wrong item and dispatch the correct one to you at no extra charge. Additionally, if you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we are happy to process that for you as well.
3. Refund Process
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund always goes back to the original payment method you used at checkout. We send you an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated from our end so you know exactly when to expect it.
Refund Timelines by Payment Method
Different payment methods have different refund timelines. For UPI payments, refunds typically appear in your account within 2 to 3 business days after we process them. Credit card and debit card refunds generally take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Net banking refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, however, we transfer the refund directly to your bank account via NEFT. Therefore, please share your bank account details with our support team when initiating your return.
Refund Confirmation
After we process your refund, you receive a confirmation email from us with the refund amount and the expected date of credit. If your refund does not appear within the mentioned timeline, first check with your bank as processing times occasionally vary. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@comfymompillows.com and we will follow up with the payment gateway on your behalf.
4. Non Returnable Items
When We Cannot Accept a Return
While we want every customer to be happy, there are certain situations where we cannot process a return. Specifically, we do not accept returns on products that show clear signs of heavy use or wear beyond reasonable trial. Additionally, pillows with staining, odours or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return. Products purchased during special clearance sales that are clearly marked as non returnable at the time of purchase are also excluded.
Hygiene Policy
Because pregnancy pillows are personal comfort products used during sleep, we have a strict hygiene policy in place. Therefore, all returned products undergo a thorough inspection before we process any refund. If a returned product does not meet our hygiene and condition standards, we reserve the right to decline the return and send the product back to you. We always communicate transparently if this situation arises so there are no surprises.
5. Exchange Policy
Can I Exchange My Pillow for a Different Style
Yes, absolutely. If you ordered one style of pregnancy pillow and would like to exchange it for another, we are happy to help within the 30 day return window. For example, if you bought a C shaped pillow but find that a U shaped pillow suits your needs better, simply contact us and we will arrange the exchange. However, please note that any price difference between the two products will either be charged or refunded accordingly.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, email us at contact@comfymompillows.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange it for. Our team then confirms availability and guides you through the next steps. We aim to make exchanges as smooth as possible so that you find the right pillow for your pregnancy without any unnecessary stress.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you change your mind after placing your order, you can cancel it within 12 hours provided it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@comfymompillows.com or via WhatsApp with your order number. After we confirm the cancellation, we process your full refund within 2 to 3 business days.
Cancelling After Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it mid transit. However, you can refuse the delivery at the door and contact us immediately after doing so. After the product returns to our warehouse, we inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that in this case, a return shipping charge may be deducted from your refund amount depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancelled by ComfyMom Pillows
In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues or incorrect delivery information. If this happens, we notify you promptly by email and process a full refund within 2 to 3 business days. We always try to find an alternative solution before cancelling your order outright.
7. Refunds on Promotional and Discounted Orders
Sale and Discount Orders
If you purchased a pregnancy pillow during a sale or with a discount code, your refund reflects the actual amount you paid rather than the original listed price. For example, if you bought a pillow at a 20 percent discount, your refund is based on the discounted price you paid at checkout. Furthermore, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be reapplied after a return and refund are processed.
Gift Orders
If you received a ComfyMom pillows as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us with the original order number if available. In that case, we issue store credit to the value of the product rather than a cash refund. Additionally, if you would prefer an exchange for a different product, we are happy to arrange that for you as well.
