ComfyMom Pillows is an Indian brand that sells pregnancy pillows and maternity comfort products online. We operate through comfymompillows.com and deliver across India. Our business runs from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Furthermore, all transactions on our website follow Indian law.
2. Who Can Shop With Us
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. By buying from us, you confirm you are legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Additionally, if you order on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission and that all details provided are correct.
3. Our Products
Product Descriptions
We describe every pregnancy pillow on our website as clearly as possible. Each product page includes dimensions, materials and care instructions. However, slight colour differences may appear due to varying screen settings on different devices. These small differences do not affect the quality or function of the product in any way.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We update stock levels in real time as much as possible. Occasionally, an item may sell out after you place your order. In that case, we contact you within 24 hours and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative product instead.

4. Placing an Order
How to Order
Browse our pregnancy pillows, choose the one that suits you and add it to your cart. Next, proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details. Then select your preferred payment method and confirm your purchase. Finally, check your email for an order confirmation from our team.
Order Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email includes your order number, product details and expected delivery date. Please save it carefully as it contains all key information about your purchase.
Cancellation by You
To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@comfymompillows.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your order number so we can act quickly. Once your order is dispatched, however, cancellation is no longer possible. In that situation, you can initiate a return after your pillow arrives.
Cancellation by ComfyMom Pillows
In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to stock issues, payment failure or incorrect delivery details. If this happens, we notify you straight away and issue a full refund within 5 to 7 business days. We always aim to find an alternative solution before cancelling your order.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. Moreover, EMI options are available on eligible orders at checkout. All online payments go through our secure, encrypted payment gateway for your safety.
Payment Security
We never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions use SSL encryption to protect your financial information at every step. If a payment fails, no amount is deducted from your account. In case of a double deduction, contact us straight away and we resolve it within 48 hours.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available across most pin codes in India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Since our delivery partners cannot provide change, having the correct amount ready makes the handover smooth and quick for everyone.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Across India
We deliver to over 500 cities and towns across India completely free of charge. Simply enter your pin code at checkout to confirm availability in your area. There is no minimum order value to qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Timelines
Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore typically receive orders within 2 to 3 business days. Smaller cities and towns generally take 4 to 6 business days. However, timelines may vary during festivals or due to factors outside our control such as weather or courier disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, we send a tracking link to your email and mobile number. Use this link to follow your delivery in real time from our warehouse to your door. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, contact our support team and we will sort it out immediately.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts at your address. If all three attempts fail due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package returns to our warehouse. After that, we contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in this situation.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on all our pregnancy pillows. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@comfymompillows.com. The product must be in its original condition with the cover intact and packaging undamaged for us to process the return smoothly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your pillow arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and a clear photo of the damage to contact@comfymompillows.com. As a result, we arrange a free replacement or full refund without any questions or delays.
Refund Process
Once we receive and check your returned product, we process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days after processing. For cash on delivery refunds, however, we transfer the amount directly to your bank account, so please share your bank details with our team when starting the return.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept pillows that show heavy use, staining or customer caused damage. Additionally, products bought during clearance sales may be marked non returnable at the time of purchase. We always display this clearly on the product page before you buy so there are no surprises.
8. Intellectual Property
What Belongs to Us
Everything on comfymompillows.com belongs to ComfyMom Pillows. This includes our logo, brand name, product photos, website design and all written content. Therefore, you may not copy, reproduce or use any part of our website without written permission from us. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action under Indian law.

You are welcome to share our product links and publicly available content for personal, non commercial purposes. For example, sharing a product page with a friend or family member is perfectly fine.
