This page explains everything you need to know about how we pack, dispatch and deliver your order.

No Minimum Order Value
We offer free shipping on every single order placed on comfymompillows.com. There is no minimum order value to qualify. Whether you order one wedge pillow or a full body maternity pillow, your delivery is completely free of charge. The price you see on the product page is the exact price you pay at checkout.
Where We Deliver
We deliver pregnancy pillows to over 500 cities and towns across India. This includes all major metro cities as well as smaller towns in every state. Simply enter your pin code at checkout to confirm whether we deliver to your area. If your pin code is not currently serviceable, contact us at contact@comfymompillows.com and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Order Processing Time
When We Dispatch Your Order
After you place your order, our team begins processing it within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 12 noon from Monday to Saturday are typically dispatched the same day. However, orders placed after 12 noon or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a dispatch confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details.
Business Days
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Therefore, if you place an order on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday, processing begins on Monday morning. We always aim to get your pregnancy pillow out of our warehouse as quickly as possible because we understand how important comfort is during pregnancy.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities
Orders to major metro cities across India are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. This includes cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Pune. However, delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your specific location within the city and the courier partner serving your area.
Smaller Cities and Towns
Delivery to smaller cities, towns and semi urban areas generally takes 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. Furthermore, deliveries to remote or rural pin codes may take up to 7 to 10 business days in some cases. We always mention the estimated delivery timeline at checkout so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Delayed Deliveries
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control. These include bad weather, courier backlogs, festival season rush, public holidays or government restrictions. In such situations, we keep you informed through email and SMS updates. Additionally, our support team is always available to help you track your order and resolve any delay related concerns quickly.
4. Order Tracking
How to Track Your Order
Once your pregnancy pillow is dispatched from our warehouse, we send a tracking link to your registered email address and mobile number. Click on the link to follow your delivery in real time from our warehouse straight to your doorstep. Tracking updates refresh automatically as your package moves through each stage of the delivery process.
Tracking Not Received
If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there either, contact our support team at contact@comfymompillows.com with your order number and we will send your tracking information immediately.
Tracking Shows Delivered But Order Not Received
If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, act quickly. First, check with family members, neighbours or your building security to see if someone accepted the delivery on your behalf. If the package is still missing, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update and we will raise an investigation with our courier partner straight away.
5. Packaging
How We Pack Your Order
Every ComfyMom pregnancy pillow is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use strong, protective outer packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Additionally, all pillows are wrapped in clean inner packaging to keep them hygienic and fresh on arrival. We do not use excessive plastic in our packaging because we care about the environment as much as we care about your comfort.
Damaged Packaging on Arrival
If your package arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, please inspect the pillow immediately before signing for the delivery. If the pillow itself is also damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us at contact@comfymompillows.com within 24 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you promptly and without any hassle.
6. Delivery Attempts
How Many Attempts We Make
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts at your registered address. Between each attempt, the courier typically waits one business day before trying again. Therefore, please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the package.
What Happens After Three Failed Attempts
If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package returns to our warehouse. After that, we contact you to understand the issue and arrange redelivery. Please note that a redelivery charge may apply in this situation. To avoid this, double check your delivery address and phone number at checkout before confirming your order.
Wrong Address Provided
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to offer a free redelivery. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your address before dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes are subject to courier partner policies and may not always be possible.
7. Cash on Delivery Orders
Availability
Cash on delivery is available on all ComfyMom pregnancy pillow orders across most pin codes in India. Simply select the cash on delivery option at checkout to confirm availability for your area. No advance payment is required for cash on delivery orders.
Payment at the Door
Please keep the exact order amount ready when your delivery arrives. Our delivery partners do not carry change, so having the correct amount ready ensures a smooth and quick handover. The exact amount payable is shown clearly in your order confirmation email.
Refusing a Cash on Delivery Order
If you refuse to accept a cash on delivery order without a valid reason, we may restrict the cash on delivery option for future orders from your account. This policy helps us keep delivery costs low for all our customers across India. If you have a genuine concern about your order, please contact us before refusing delivery so we can resolve it together.
8. Shipping to Remote Areas
Some pin codes in remote or hilly areas of India may have limited courier connectivity. In those cases, delivery may take longer than our standard timelines or may require collection from a nearby courier hub. If your area falls under this category, we will notify you after placing your order and give you options to proceed. Our goal is always to find a way to get your ComfyMom pillow to you, no matter where you are in India.
9. Bulk and Corporate Orders
If you are placing a bulk order for a hospital, maternity clinic, gift store or corporate gifting purpose, special shipping arrangements may apply depending on the quantity and destination.
